Community Support Program (CSP) provides community-based services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness (such as schizophrenia, major depression, or bipolar disorder).
CSP services include 24-hour crisis intervention, symptom management, supportive counseling, medication management, psychiatric and psychological services, individual, group and family psychotherapy, rehabilitation services, employment and vocational services, activities of daily living training, social and recreational skills training, and support services (access to services to meet physical or dental needs, legal needs, necessary transportation, financial support, and living accommodations).
