County Clerk

The County Clerk is a Constitutional Officer elected every four years by the voters of Adams County. As the chief election official for the County, the Clerk administers all federal, state, county, local, and school elections. The County Clerk is the official clerk of the Adams County Board of Supervisors and is responsible for all county board agendas, minutes, resolutions, and ordinances.

The County Clerk issues marriage licenses, timber cutting notices, compiles and maintains the official directory for Adams County, publishes the proceedings of the County Board, apportions taxes, issues dog licenses to Adams County municipal treasurers, and performs all other administrative duties per Wisconsin State Statutes.
