Crisis Services

Adams County Crisis contracts with Northwest Connections for 24-hour Mental Health and AODA Crisis assistance.  Northwest Connections can be contacted at (888)-552-6642. 

Crisis workers are available for follow up from all contacts with Northwest Connections to provide referral services and linkage to providers.

Crisis provides ongoing case management for all mental health court actions and coordinates services with Family Care providers.

Adams County Crisis also provides an emergency appointment slot for people who are in need of intervention, but not so severe as to be life threatening. Additionally Crisis provides linkage and coordination services for walk in clients wishing to begin mental health services.
