FORECLOSURE UPDATE:

Adams County has a court hearing scheduled currently for September 4, 2024. Due to statutory changes

that have occurred regarding the sale process of foreclosures, the County will be not be holding a sale

this year. Any property transferred after the hearing will be remain under the County until a sale date

eventually gets scheduled, after all legal ramifications are addressed and processes are updated. Thank
