NOTICE OF APPRAISAL AND SALE OF TAX DEEDED PROPERTY

Pursuant to Section 75.69 of the Wisconsin State Statues, tax deeded properties now owned by Adams County will be available for bids. Adams County has chosen to auction said properties via Wisconsin Surplus Online Auction at www.wisconsinsurplus.com . Please check their website regularly for properties available through our county.

Per policy, at the close of auction and notification from Wisconsin Surplus, Adams County will finalize the real estate transfer process pending final Committee and County Board approvals.
