This business and industrial park consists of 28 acres along Highway 13. This park is ideally suited for businesses that require easy entry and exit, and provides fast access to other local resources.  Frontage along the heavily traveled Highway 13 also ensures excellent exposure for businesses that choose this location. Adjacent to the main 26 acres in this park is a largely undeveloped 32 acre lot. These 32 acres are adjacent to railroad tracks, offering the opportunity of a rail spur and easy rail transport. The City of Adams is served by We Energies for natural gas and Alliant Energy for electricity. Marquette-Adams Telephone Cooperative offers high-speed fiber optic internet service, and city sewer and water are also available.

Alpine Village Business Park is located in the town of Rome, situated at the northern end of Adams County. This beautiful and well thought out business park is set up for use by the whole community and truly serves as a gathering place as well as a business center. The entire park covers roughly 240 acres and is comprised of retail, light industrial, and commercial districts. Adams-Columbia Electric Cooperative supplies electric power to this park, while We Energies provides natural gas. The Town of Rome water utility also serves the park. 


Adams County South Industrial Park
Adams County’s South Industrial Park is located on Highway 82 in the Town of Jackson.
There are approximately 75 acres in this industrial park and one of the best features of the park is its proximity to major roadways. Asideportal_nav_roll_04[1] from its location on Highway 82, the park is close to Highway 13, and only a few miles away from Interstate 39/51, which offers quick access to Interstate 90/94.  This location well suited for businesses that frequently utilize truck transport, allowing them to maximize the efficiency of their shipping. It is also ideal for any  business that travels throughout the Central Sands area of Wisconsin, as it offers a centralized location. Electricity is provided by Adams-Columbia Electric Cooperative, natural gas by We Energies. Internet is available through various providers.
